How Christians Should Think About China, Ukraine, and America's Responsibility
A conversation with Chelsea and Michael Sobolik
A comment by the minority owner of the Golden State Warriors has highlighted hypocrisy and indifference among many when it comes to the atrocities happening in China to the Uyghur people. And Russia is ammassing 100K troops near the Ukraine border. How should Christians think about this?
I invited two guests to help me think about it. Chelsea Sobolik is a policy director at ERLC, author, and a former colleague. Her husband Michael Sobolik is a fellow at the American Foreign Policy Council and a former Senate Staffer. Both have a wealth of knowledge about these important topics.
Here is a short clip of Chelsea laying out the issue:
Listen to @ChelsPat explain the oppression and genocide of the Ugyur people in China and what the SBC is doing about it. We were the first denomination of any kind to call for action: callin.com/link/KJbWXprzrm
